OPEN NOW! - Mt. Pleasant, TX

UPDATE! Nov. 30, 2021 - The birth center is licensed and open for business! I'm not quite ready to have an open house yet, but I will let everyone know when I plan it!

I have long wanted to open a licensed birth center in the Mt. Pleasant area. I have men-

tioned this dream to anyone who asked about my future plans as a midwife or the availability of an alternative location for their birth. And now the dream is becoming reality!!!

I am in the process of purchasing a place near downtown Mt. Pleasant (not far from Jo's Downtown, naturally ;-) to use as a birth center. It is a cozy little home, built in 1901, that will have two birth rooms with attached baths. I also plan to use it as an office for my regular prenatal appointments.

I have long wanted to open a licensed birth center in the Mt. Pleasant area. Once I have it fully set up and going, I plan to have an open house so that everyone who has been a part of this dream can come celebrate with me!
